For years, the liberal media have been able to mislead and deceive us with their biased brand of news reporting. The time has come for citizens like you to rise up and demand the media be held responsible for its bias!

The Media Research Center launched the MRC Action Team to give concerned citizens a platform to help usher in a new era of responsibility and truth in reporting. In just a few years, we have grown to over 500,000 members.

Headed by media expert Brent Bozell, the Media Research Center is America’s leading media watchdog group. Every day, MRC staffers painstakingly chronicle the media’s bias. By joining the MRC Action Team you will be joining a grassroots army that is holding the media accountable.

Comedy Central’s Planned “JC” Show Openly Mocks Christians and Christianity. MRC Action Team Responds.

Religious bigotry is alive and well at Comedy Central where plans are to air a show that openly mocks Jesus Christ. Earlier in the year, Comedy Central backed away from mocking Mohammad after Muslims threatened the show’s creator. But apparently it is open season on Christians.

After more than 117,000 citizens responded to the MRC’s call to action, Brent Bozell formed Citizens Against Religious Bigotry (CARB) and launched an intensive letter-writing and phone campaign to Comedy Central Sponsors. The result was swift and stunning: No advertiser support for Comedy Central’s “JC” show.

  • Members placed 75,003 phone calls to Washington after they refused to televise health care talks on C-SPAN as the president promised several times.
  • Members placed 31,795 phone calls to the FCC after Diversity Czar Mark Lloyd attacked Action team members. Several spoke directly to Mr. Lloyd!
  • 135,130 phone calls were placed to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, demanding he apologize to Rush Limbaugh for perpetuating falsehoods about him.
